Hi,
I am planning to get my H1B extension Visa stamped in Montreal, Canada. i am in US right now. I have completed the online application. I have paid the fee through my credit card and the status of the transaction is showing as "Pending" in my bank account. I can able to see "MRV Fee Receipt Number". i can also able to see Schedule Appointment First Available: Friday, November 12, 2010 09:30 AM. But I am not able to schedule an appointment. All of the steps I performed on Yesterday. So I have waited for today for any changes and all remains the same.
Please help me.

I think doesn't matter how many times I asked members to do some research and see if thread already exist and if they just add it there, it doesn't matter.. they will create one for every single thing they see..

Hi, my friend have not receive her fingerprint, her husband filed for I-485 on june 2007. their PD is 2004-ROW. their case forwarded into TSC. do you think this is normal ? what is the possible solution for this issue ?

Shouldnt be an issue as GC can be for a future job.....For H1 stamping, your current job requirements and title should be same as the requirements/title on your H1 petition/LCA....

One of the docs folks usually send is an employment letter from your new employer detailing the job duties, etc.
Most would give you this only after you join the new employer.
I don't think an offer letter with job duties would suffice.

If you're wondering about the horizontal marks, we were encouraged
to crumple the photo (or physically alter) and reproduce the discrepancies.

I've been visiting forums for the past 2 weeks since my petition at CSC is pending under Premium Processing. I don't think this is accurate especially for I-129 pending at CSC, VSC as I see in the forums that for several people its taking more than 2 months for regular H-1B.
IN my case, I filed under PP at CSC on 25th May. They received via fedex on 27th May, but they issued me a receipt on 6th June only. Going at all the forums, it appears its happening with everyone. Then they issue a RFE on the 14th day of the receipt.

Hi Gurus,
If you look at my signature, My 485 has been transferred to TSC from NSC and AP is still stuck at NSC. I have some emergent situation back home , I have faxed the doctor certificate and called USCIS using POJ method and the guy says it might take another month. wat the *****....tried infopass..my local office doesnt have no more appointments.
My questions:
1. Can I take Infopass appointment anywhere else which is not my local office?
2. Can I apply a new 131 application at TSC as my 485 is there now?
Someone pls advise.

Guys, Assuming that everyone from July Filers group went through FP for AOS once at that time, do they need to go again to get the AOS approved now? My question is ppl who r being approved these days and if they r july filers, did they go for 2nd FP? Can uscis use FP of EAD in 485 ?

I have applied for AOS/EAD/AP. I am moving to a new address soon. Will the recipt and EAD/AP be sent to me Old address? I am worried that they may get lost.

I think many of us would be in this situation. I am using my EAD for work and last year used AP to enter US. Parole Officer Stamped one year of validity date on my I-94 that is paroled until March 2009. Now I have new EAD which is valid for two years 2010 and New AP Dec' 2009 for one year of travel. My understanding was your date on I-94 indicates your legal status. So what would happen to my status once i stay after March 2009? I am planning to travel to India in June 2009.

I have an I-485 that will be current soon, but I am not employed. If they approve it, will that be considered a mistake and make it invalid? Should I withdraw it? Will a letter explaining the situation be sufficient? I have another application as a dependent, just takes longer.
Are you serious? Wait until your date become current and until then do not do anything. Instead of looking for ways to withdraw your I-485, why dont you look for ways to find a job that matches your I-140 skills, so that you can use AC21 portability.
You will never know when will you get your chance to file 485 again if you withdrew it.

Hello,
I filed 485 and also obtained EAD and AP. My wife has her own H1b through her employer, but used the AP from my 485 application once to enter the U.S., so right now her I94 shows an �AOS� status without an expiration date. Now her employer just filed H1b extension for her and the case is still pending.
My question is:
1) Can she travel internationally while her H1b extension case is pending and come back using AP? I was told this could void her H1b extension application according to the �last action rule�, is that true?
2) If 1) will be a problem, could it help if she stays aboard until her H1b extension gets approved and have the document mailed to her before she comes back?
