My currently salary is significantly higher than the salary specified in LCA. I am planning to go for stamping next month.
Will it be a problem with big salary difference during stamping? Is it required to file an amendment.

I have noticed that they have been given instructions not to give any information now due to the volume of calls HOWEVER if you keep trying you might get one person who is kind enough to answer your questions..
I tried 3 times (called with few days in between) and two time I faced pretty short replies with no help. But third time I got a very nice person who gave me more info. Among the few things I learnt were that they are still doing cases as of Aug 2006 and few random cases are being worked on dates after that. Details about I-140 will not be told unless you are the employer or the attorney. But you can ask about the status of your name check.

I did send my wife's and my daughter's RFE in one package. But have separate cover lettter and folder. One packet is enough, clearly distiguish between two set of papers.
My wife and I got RFE on medical. Now I am sending response to RFE. Do I need to send the RFE response individually by FEDEX or Can I send both of us responses in one FEDEX package? Please advise. Thanks.

I was curious if somebody has experience of H1b stamping in dominican republic?
I am planning to go there on a business trip, is it advisable to just go and get it stamped there or should I rather go to canada/mexico and get H1 stamped.
I looked at their website but it's not really very helpful.

First check if the check you or your company sent for H-1 fees got cashed , if so see behind the check ( normally banks post scanned copy of check ) the Receipt number will be written behind the check ..hope this helps

Even i have the same situation, i got my AP approved and mailed, but my wife's still pending, even my recieved date was 13th june.
